Tony O’Callaghan

Tony has more than 20 years of property experience having commenced in valuation and advisory across all asset classes from residential developments to institutional grade office and retail investments.

Following a period with Arthur Andersen Real Estate, Tony joined Macquarie Bank in Property Fund Management working in a small team across a $700 million portfolio including office and industrial assets. Day-to-day tasks involved asset management, leasing and capital works programs, acquisitions, trust mergers and acquisitions.

Tony’s past 15 years were spent from founding member to Real Estate Partner of the KordaMentha Real Estate group. Tony’s Australia wide experience covered over $3 billion of advisory, management, investment, development and transactions of large mixed use office and retail developments, luxury residential apartments developments, serviced apartment and hotels, industrial and residential subdivisions and development projects.

Tony is trusted by his clients due to his depth of experience, professionalism of he and his team and ability to provide cut through property marketing, investment and development solutions and left field ideas to the project.

Patrick O’Callaghan

Patrick is a third-generation property professional with over 17 years’ experience in the property industry. Throughout Patrick’s career he has worked in various sectors of the market including commercial, retail, medical, childcare, industrial and residential transacting in excess of AU$500 million in property. Key to each transaction is Patrick’s deep passion for numbers, market knowledge/understanding and his obsessive compilation of transactional evidence.

Prior to jointly founding O & Co Group, Patrick was Director of Sales & Investment for Cushman & Wakefield where he specialised in the advisory and sale of development sites, commercial, retail and medical buildings.

He has built strong trusting relationships with key people throughout the market from agents, private owners, institutions and offshore groups especially from Malaysia and Singapore where Patrick’s wife ‘Ping’ was born and still has family.
